Return and Refund Policy

We are committed to complying with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and ensuring fair, transparent, and efficient handling of returns and refunds, while protecting both the legitimate rights and interests of customers and the normal operation of our business. 1. Consumer Guarantees Under Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
Under the ACL, all our products come with automatic consumer guarantees. These guarantees cannot be excluded or limited, regardless of any other terms in this policy. Our products are guaranteed to be of acceptable quality, fit for their intended purpose, and match their description and advertising. If a product fails to meet these guarantees, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or full refund, as appropriate.
2. Eligible Returns
We accept returns in the following scenarios, provided the requirements are met:

Faulty or Defective Products: Products that are unsafe, significantly different from what was advertised, cannot be fixed within a reasonable time, or would not have been purchased by a reasonable consumer if they knew of the fault (major faults) are eligible for a full refund or replacement (customer’s choice). For minor faults that can be fixed quickly, we may first offer a repair within a reasonable time frame.

Damaged During Transit: If your product arrives damaged, broken, or incomplete due to shipping, please notify us within 7 business days of delivery and provide photos/videos of the damaged product and the packaging. We will arrange for a free replacement or full refund, including any original shipping costs.

Change of Mind: We accept change-of-mind returns for unopened, unused products in their original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact. Change-of-mind returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Please note that return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are borne by the customer, and a restocking fee will not be charged.
3. Non-Eligible Returns
The following items are not eligible for return or refund, except where required by the ACL:

Products that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer after delivery (excluding damage caused by manufacturing defects).

Products without their original packaging, tags, or accessories.

Personalized or custom-made products (unless they are faulty or do not match the agreed description).

Products that are clearly marked as "final sale" (note: final sale items still retain ACL consumer guarantees for faulty products).
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Please provide your order number, product name, reason for return, and supporting evidence (e.g., photos/videos of faulty/damaged products).

If approved, we will send you a return authorization (RA) number and detailed return instructions, including the return address (one of our local production bases in Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, or Melbourne, depending on your location for convenient return).

Send Back the Product: Package the product securely, clearly mark the RA number on the outer packaging, and ship it back to us within 7 business days of receiving the return authorization. For change-of-mind returns, please attach the return shipping label (if provided) and bear the shipping cost. For faulty or transit-damaged products, we will cover the return shipping cost (please keep the shipping receipt for reimbursement).

Product Inspection: Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it within 3 business days to verify its condition and the reason for return. We will notify you of the inspection result via email.
5. Refund Process

For change-of-mind returns, the purchase price (excluding original shipping costs) will be refunded, and the customer bears the return shipping cost.
6. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an eligible product (e.g., faulty product, wrong item received), please follow the return process outlined above and specify your exchange request when contacting customer service. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will arrange for the exchange to be sent to you free of charge (for faulty or transit-damaged products). For change-of-mind exchanges, the customer bears the return shipping cost of the original product and the shipping cost of the new product.
