This includes but is not limited to New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, Western Australia, South Australia, Tasmania, the Australian Capital Territory, and the Northern Territory. Please note that delivery to remote areas may require additional processing time due to geographical constraints and limited transportation networks.

2. Shipping Costs

We provide free standard shipping for all orders across Australia, with no minimum order value required. This free shipping service is fulfilled using our local production bases in Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, and Melbourne, ensuring cost-efficiency by reducing long-distance transportation costs. We do not charge any hidden fees for shipping; all delivery costs are fully covered by us, except for expedited shipping (if selected) and any additional fees for remote area delivery (where applicable).

3. Order Processing and Delivery Times

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment is confirmed. Once processed, orders are dispatched from the nearest local production base (Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, or Melbourne) to your delivery address, to minimize delivery time and ensure product freshness.
Estimated standard delivery times (from dispatch to delivery) are as follows, subject to carrier delays and seasonal variations:
  • Major cities (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Canberra): 2-4 business days
  • Regional areas: 3-6 business days
  • Remote areas (including parts of Western Australia, Northern Territory, and Tasmania): 5-10 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure orders are delivered within the estimated timeframe, but we are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, carrier disruptions, public holidays, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer).

4. Order Tracking

5. Delivery Requirements

  • Delivery Address: Please ensure your delivery address is accurate, complete, and up-to-date at the time of ordering.   • PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers: We deliver to PO boxes and parcel lockers across Australia. Please ensure your PO box number or parcel locker details are correctly entered during checkout to avoid delivery delays.

6. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), we guarantee that our shipping services will be rendered with due care and skill. If your order is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed (more than 10 business days beyond the estimated delivery time), please contact our customer service team within 7 business days of the estimated delivery date, providing your order number and any supporting evidence (e.g., photos of damaged packaging/products, tracking information).
We will investigate the issue with the carrier and, in accordance with the ACL and our Return and Refund Policy, provide a suitable remedy, which may include a full refund, free replacement, or re-delivery. Please note that we are not liable for loss or damage caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., carrier negligence, extreme weather, or theft after delivery) unless such liability cannot be excluded under the ACL.
